Team Leader Meeting and Events based in Essex.
Fed up with the commute into London and the fare increase, then the only way is Essex. A leading Travel Management organisation is recruiting a Team Leader for their Meeting and Events Department. This is a permanent position. You will be responsibility for the development of the team including Goals and development planning as well as keeping the team updated on procedural changes.
JOB DESPIPTION:
- Day to day management of the events department
- Ensuring resource levels are correctly managed and workload is evenly distributed
- Identify where changes/updates are needed and implemented in conjunction with the Operations Manager and to work with the Air Team leader to ensure the smooth running of the Air Events
- Hold Weekly meetings with the Events Department
- To analyze with individual event managers the profitability of each tour to ensure it is commercially successful and that all monies have been collected
- Training and Development if the team.
- To maintain up to date knowledge of key locations and venues
