A leading travel agency specialising in Long Haul holidays mainly to the USA and Caribbean are looking for Retail Travel Managers to join their team.
The successful applicant will be involved in all areas of retail travel, marketing their branch and as managing a team of consultants. You will be dealing with recruitment, marketing, figures, sales, key performance indicators and all customer service issues within this varied role.
Candidates must be focused on results, have drive and ambition to develop a team and increase sales. Must have strong previous managerial experience within a retail sales environment and, ideally, experience of working within the travel industry.
You must also be prepared to work over a 7 day shift pattern including evenings and weekends.
