Reporting to the VP of Global Compensation and Benefits based in London the purpose of this role is to take the lead role in adapting and rolling out job banding and evaluations throughout the business. Providing expertise and support to the VP in key reward activities such as annual salary reviews, rolling out the Global Compensation Programmes and providing support for the integration process on reward subject matters such as benefits integration, salary benchmarking, package proposals, approval management, reward education and integration projects.
Please note this is an interim role until Dec 2012, working within a small team, you will have a hands on approach. To be considered the successful applicant will have similar C&B experience gained with in a corporate global business and an effective communicator with the capacity to process new/complex issues.
