Team Leaders are responsible for their team's performance and the development of each person within the team. You must be a great leader, be extremely motivated and excited by travel and passionate about sales.
Experience & Qualifications
Management experience in a sales focused environment
Proven track record of outstanding sales achievement in a contact centre
Evidence of excellent communication and influencing skills
Evidence of communication across a diverse cross-section of business associates
Talented coach and developer of people
Specialist experience of front line sales
Skills
Leadership skills - charismatic and inspirational leader
Outstanding communication skills verbal and written across a diverse range of people and situations
Numerate
Persuasion skills
Business acumen strong commercial awareness
Computer literate
Ability to deliver feedback
Motivational approach to performance
Ability to manage at all levels.
The basic is £17,200 with an OTE of around £25-£30K, but this is uncapped!
