Corporate Travel Manager
London or Leciester

One the worlds leading online travel providers are looking for a Corporate Travel Manager to join their team.



JOB SPECIFICATION


Job Purpose:
·    Development of the Corporate Travel department for the company with involvement in everything due to the start up nature of the department.   
·    Management of the UK Corporate Travel business as well as prospect and acquire new accounts and account manage them.


Job Responsibilities:

·    Developing  a new business line locally and maintaining responsibility for it (direct or indirect - sales, customer service, product)
·    Coordinate the development of a Corporate Travel Team in line with operational objectives
·    Identify, secure and manage new corporate business sales opportunities
·    Adjust and implement sales process and sales material to improve profitability
·    Drive quality of service and improvements to the customer experience and increase operational productivity and efficiency through management of the online tool and other products/suppliers
·    Management of monthly reports with awareness of financial management and budgetary understanding

·    Corporate Travel Heads across Europe
·    Head of Corporate Travel (Nordics)


Essential Skills:
·    Proven track record of B2B sales and account management
·    High commercial acumen gained in corporate travel agency
·    Good understanding of the online and local market for corporate travel
·    Knowledge of B2B marketing

Desirable Skills:
·    Knowledge of call centre management


Languages Skills:
·    Fluent in English
·    European languages an advantage
