JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing the Leisure Services and Staff Travel Team, which cover customer service, ticket issue and dispatch?
- Recruit (as required) train, motivate and continually develop team members
- Ensure the team are kept up to date with the latest company information and resort information
- Coordinate the work load of the team to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate and dispatched in a timely manner
- Develop strong working relationships with internal departments, customers and suppliers
- Assess current process and systems and look to continually overhaul and improve them, to improve the performance of the department
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will have a background in travel operations at managerial or supervisory level. Experience of dealing with airlines and ticketing is essential as is a strong Leisure Travel, administration and customer focused background. Attention to detail and the ability to manage and improve processes and systems and the management and motivation a team. Must also be conversant in Sabre or similar GDS such as Galileo, MS Office and back office systems.
