A fantastic opportunity has now arisen with a market leading cruise specialist within the Mediterranean who are now looking to recruit a Cruise Sales Manager. You will be currently working within a Cruise specialist or have knowledge or experience of this sector. You must be able to lead by example, maintaining and managing supplier & client relationships
As a Cruise Sales Manager you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
Oversees activities of the sales & marketing team
Prioritizes markets to be approached and to be developed
Negotiates and agrees the terms of the agency agreements
Checks the monthly reports and statistics and gives the guidelines for the follow up
Hosts tour operators
Participates in trade exhibitions and sales calls
Works with the team toward the development and promotion of the website and on the line system
Maintains and expands established client accounts of the company does analysis of the competition and generally will be responsible for the business growth and brand development on a global level
Performs any other relevant duties
Cruise Sales Manager skill attributes:
Languages: speak, read, write: French and English Fluently
Proven experience of working in Sales/Development role within the travel industry with excellent relationship building skills.
A full Driving licence
Ambitious and proactive, outgoing personality
Proven office administration and organization skills
Previous experience in Sales or Marketing generally in the travel industry or cruise industry
Well networked within the industry
Initiative, Innovative, enjoys challenges
