Our client is a specialist long haul award winning tour operator now looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the marketing and sales operations of the business. The ideal candidate will have previous experience and knowledge of both offline and online marketing activity and will have experience in a senior operations and marketing role within the travel industry and bring extensive knowledge and expertise to this position. As well as a deep understanding of the industry we are also looking for someone who is keen to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment of this fast growing company. Within this role you will be responsible for managing the marketing team, developing and implementing the sales operations and product development plan. You will also be responsible for day to day running of the department and sales functions of the business whilst contributing to the decision making processes on how to ensure the successful growth of the business. This is an extremely challenging role where no one day will be the same.
