Key responsibilities:
Departmental Management Tour Set up Ground Allocations Rates & Contracts Contacts & Tour Notes Availability Figures Tour Changes Training of staff members
Candidates will have previous experience of managing a team and proven ability to motivate staff and produce effective results. Must have previous experience in a tour operator Operations environment specifically to include managing ground and Hotel allocations.
