Senior Product Manager required for a Specialist Tour Operator based in the South of the country. You will plan, deliver to market and oversee the operation of a commercially viable and customer focussed travel programme. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Product Management for a Tour Operator and have exceptional long haul knowledge.
Senior Product Manager Responsibilities:
Work alongside the Commercial and Yield Manager to control annual capacity
Product Planning
Implement Pricing Strategy
Chair Product Team meetings
Analyse and report commercial performance on a monthly basis
Ongoing competitor analysis
Negotiation and renotiation of rates
Drive improved perfomance
Continuous liasion with marketing and sales teams
Manage, develop and support Product Managers and Executives
Senior Product Manager Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3 years as a Product Manager for a Long Haul Tour Operator
Experience stategically devloping product
Excellent long haul product knowledge
Man-management experience
Strategic and Commercially minded
Passionate about travel
Courage to make tough decisions when neccessary
Excellent communicator
