Experienced Retail Assistant Managers in the Travel Industry - urgently required
This is an excellent opportunity to join an award winning travel company based on behalf of the South's leading independent travel agent. We are currently looking for experienced Retail Assistant Travel Managers to use and develop their skills and manage a dynamic team. We are recruiting for managers for branches based in Chichester, West Sussex and Wareham & Wimborne, Dorset.
The role:
To set a leading example to help manage and motivate a team of employees to meet and exceed branch targets
Maximising sales opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling of additional products and services
To ensure adherence to company compliance and relevant legislation and procedures
To ensure the smooth running of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager
The requirements:
Team leading or managerial experience within the travel industry is ESSENTIAL
Computer literate and clearly spoken English is essential
Good numeracy skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively at all levels
The Package:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary with an excellent commission structure
Weekly and monthly incentives
20 days holiday plus public/ bank holidays
