TUI UK & Ireland Graduate Leadership Programme - 2012

Were looking to attract and develop high potential graduates to become our leaders of the future. The programme is open to ambitious and outstanding graduates who are passionate about making travel experiences special and who are looking for an in-depth development programme, which will help develop business & management skills further whilst giving exposure to key business areas within an industry leading organisation.
The programme will last for 12-18 months and will include 3-4 assignments in various parts of TUI UK & Ireland such as our Airline, Commercial, Distribution & Customer business areas which will provide you with exceptional experience of our key business areas. You will also have the opportunity to spend time working alongside our customer-facing teams including 4-6 weeks working Overseas. The assignments will provide you with an exciting mix of day-to-day business activities and high profile project work, as well as the opportunity to work with senior managers within our business.
The programme begins with a comprehensive induction programme at our Head Office supported by ongoing development workshops, training, support from Mentors/Buddies and feedback throughout the 12-18 months. Just as a flavour of the potential development opportunities, previous Graduate development workshops have included: Negotiation Skills, Communicating with Impact, Product Development, Project Management, Leadership, Finance and Commercial Skills.
We will begin accepting applications for the 2012 TUI UK & Ireland Graduate Leadership Programme on the 21st January 2012. We will aim to respond to all applications within 6-8 weeks.
We will be running our assessment centres from end of March until June 2012 and so we would recommend applying by mid March 2012 to ensure your application can be considered for the 2012 intake.
Essential:
Minimum of 2:1 university degree in any discipline (and at least 300 UCAS points from 3 A'levels or equivalent)
Minimum of 12 months work experience (some of which must include dealing with customers)
An innovative & entrepreneurial mindset
Outstanding customer service all candidates must share our passion to make customers feel special
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong leadership potential and motivated team player
Drive & determination to achieve results
Numerate and analytical skills
Commercial awareness with ability to make brave decisions

Desirable:
6-12 months industrial placement experience/internships
2nd language
£26,000 per annum
