What You'll Be Doing
You'll make our customers feel special through the delivery of exceptional customer service and the promotion of company products that will add value to our customers holiday experience.
You will make sure that the customer overseas experience, from arrival through to departure is hassle free by taking accountability of every customer problem or query and following through to resolution.
Becoming a local expert, you'll share your knowledge and experience so that it is tailored to meet every customers individual needs.
What We're Looking For
Demonstrable customer service experience working with a diverse range of customer profiles.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and positive manner.
Resilient and flexible approach with the ability to respond to customer and company needs.
Holder of a British/EU passport
UK/Irish bank account, and Tax or National Insurance number
Resident in the UK/Ireland for a minimum of the last two years
Educated to a minimum standard of GCSE or equivalent in Maths
Aged 18 or over due to critical business reasons whilst working overseas eg. local law requirements
Experience of promoting services and products to customers.
Ability to present to a variety of audiences.
Ability to thrive in a team environment
