Our Specialist holidays are renowned for delivering the highest standard of in-resort service that is second to none. With your local knowledge you will thrive on advising customers on how they can get the most out of their holidays and your attention to detail will help you to identify opportunities to exceed our customers high expectations.

What Youll Be Doing

For our customer
You will offer an expert and individual service entirely at the customers convenience. From meeting arrivals at the airport to booking the best tables in the finest restaurants, you will be on hand to provide a personal and premium service 24 hours a day either face to face or by telephone.

For our company
You will focus on maximising customer service delivery for all specialist brands, in order to encourage brand loyalty and repeat business.


What Were Looking For

Essential

  • British/European passport
  • UK/Irish bank account, and Tax or National Insurance number
  • Demonstrable customer service experience working with a diverse range of customer profiles
  • A genuine passion for delivering unbeatable Customer Service
  • Experienced dealing with unpredictable and challenging situations
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Confidence to work under own initiative and within a team
  • Administration experience.
  • Aged 21 years or over, (due to hire car age restrictions)
  • Hold a full manual driving licence and be willing to drive abroad
  • Flexible, innovative and creative.
  • To be considered for our Citalia programme candidates are required to speak Italian and English to a conversational level.

Desirable

  • 2nd European language to conversational level
  • Previous experience in the tourism industry
  • Intricate knowledge of your preferred destination
  • Good negotiation skills
