An award winning and luxurious 5* resort in the Maldives is currently on the search for a Executive Housekeeper. Successful candidate should hold prior experience with similar role in a luxury hotel or resort, preferably in the Maldives or a similar destination.
Executive Housekeeper is responsible for all duties of the housekeeping operation and cleanliness levels in all areas of the resort. Responsibilities include, staff training, motivation, inter-department communications, and staff scheduling. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members.
