Consultants within our specialist Travel and Concierge teams provide a bespoke service to customers travelling in the UK and across the world. These roles involve working within our service centre, taking incoming calls from customers and providing a knowledgeable and consultative service based on your own experience and expert knowledge of the travel and concierge industry. If you've travelled extensively or have an in-depth knowledge of the UK/ London concierge scene and know what it takes to provide a true luxury' experience, this may be the role for you.
Membership Travel Services provides expert advice and servicing in all aspects of Travel and Concierge to some of American Express' elite cardholders. Our dedicated team of Consultants are on-hand 24 hours a day to support our Centurion & Platinum customers with everything from a romantic meal for two to booking a round the world' anniversary trip.
