Business Development Executive - Serviced Apartments 

£22,000 + Excellent Benefits

Staines

Business Development Executive  

A fantastic opportunity now awaits an Business Development Executive to join a accommodation specialist.

This client will accept CVs of candidates who would be willing to work both full and part time - (salary will be adjusted pro rata)

As an Business Development Executive you will undertake an array of tasks and responsibilities:

• You will be developing corporate, media and film production clients for the apartments in Staines, Twickenham,Richmond,Kewand Hammersmith.
• Working both in the office and client facing.
• Calling and developing your own leads concentration onWest LondonBusinesses.
• Selling the company face to face, giving presentations and holding meetings with HR, Directors etc  
• Maintain and develop a customer and prospect portfolio 
• Plan and carry out sales activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes and timescales 
• Maintain and develop new customers
• Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills 

Experienced needed for Business Development Executive Role:

• Experience in hotels or serviced apartments
• Target Driven 
• Presentable 
• Confident 
• Own car insured for business use business miles paid at 45p per mile
