Sales Team Leader - Leading Travel Provider (OTE £35K)
Gatwick, West Sussex
£20,000 (OTE £35,000) Plus Staff Discount

In this key role, you'll be responsible for the performance of a home based sales team consisting of circa 15 sales agents. Joining a vibrant, successful and innovative company, you will lead by example, ensuring your team achieve and exceed their sales targets.

As a Sales Team Leader, you will coach and motivate your team, with a focus on maximising revenue margins, optimising conversion rates and identifying sales opportunities from every phone call.

Using your hands-on approach and great people management skills, your duties will include:

- Developing all team members to ensure top performance
- Providing remote day-to-day management of the team and related issues
- Monitor, measure, report and analyse data to improve call centre performance
- Monitoring all staff to assess development needs
- Ensuring the team is kept up-to-date with company information

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

- A proven track record of managing a sales team that consistently achieved SLAs, ideally home workers within the travel industry
- Experience of coaching and motivating a team to deliver sales results and improvements
- Experience within the travel industry

As a Sales Team Leader, you'll need to demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and have a flexible approach to working. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are also key.
