Our client, a leading international online hotel reservation company with offices across Europe, specializing in quality hotel accommodation at discounted rates are looking for an incoming Business Executive to join their vibrant team . The ideal candidate will be booking all the incoming services for UK and Ireland including hotels, transfers and any other ancillary services required whist providing excellent customer service. The role includes an array of tasks including contracting, negotiating hotel rates, dealing with amendments & cancelations along with dealing with operational matters. You must be from a travel background, able to speak fluent French or Italian or Portuguese and posses strong communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
