Working for a leading travel organization based in the heart of London this HR generalist role is a varied and exciting position. This role is a critical position for our client, essentially overseeing approx 500 staff through out London and the EU. The successful applicant will be an effective generalist HR partner to the line managers and employees with specific focus on employee relations, change management, delivering HR initiatives and coaching managers.
You must be CIPD qualified with broad international HR generalist experience ideally gained within the travel, retail or call centre industry. Fluency in one or more European languages will be a distinct advantage with preference over Italian and Spanish (but not essential)
This is a varied and demanding role but one with a "work smart" attitude, so Monday Friday 9-5.30 days.
