As a Customer Relations Administrator, you'll be responsible for handling the complaints administration for our client's business, ensuring a good, professional and speedy service to the customer.

Providing an excellent standard of customer service, your duties will include:

- Managing the incoming mail and prioritising post
- Managing refunds, gaining authorisation and ensuring they're administered within time constraints
- Logging complaints and emailing to 3rd parties for responses
- Processing cancellation invoices and booking documentation by post

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

- Administration experience
- A proven track record in customer services

As a Customer Relations Administrator, you'll be empathetic and a good listener with a first class telephone manner. Equally important is your ability to multitask and work under pressure.
