As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be responsible for handling the complaints administration for our client's business, ensuring a good, professional and speedy service to the customer.

With confidence and efficiency, you will provide an excellent standard of customer care whilst:

- Managing pre-departure and post-departure complaints
- Resolving complaints by telephone and letter
- Managing refunds, gaining authorisation and ensuring they're administered within time constraints
- Logging complaints and emailing to 3rd party suppliers for responses
- Processing cancellation invoices and booking documentation by post

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

- Experience within the travel industry
- A proven track record in customer services

As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be empathetic and a good listener with a first class telephone manner. Equally important is your ability to multitask and work under pressure.
