Market Manager Caribbean and North America 1 year contract 35k Dorking
An Experienced Market Manager is required for this Leading Luxury Tour Operator based in Dorking.reporting to the Head of Pricing & Market Management, responsibities are:
The Market Manager will be responsible for:
- Brochure planning and pagination - Analysing market trends and developing POS-specific strategies - Identifying POS requirements
Driving performance towards revenue and gross margin targets - Ensuring bed/seat optimisation - Anticipating customer needs - Coordinating operational aspects between POS and P&P such as customer service issues
Minimum requirements: (education, experience, specific knowledge, skills)
Customer orientated; strong in identifying and articulating customer needs
Deep knowledge of source market and competitors
In-depth knowledge of production process in Tour Operations
Highly analytical and interested in analysis of trends
Excellent communication and influencing skills
IT literate
Excellent team player
Passion for travel - ideally experience of relevant destinations
