Marketing Manager - London

Job Description
-Responsible for managing the marketing team (of 2/3) in line with job descriptions and KPIs
-Responsible for website strategy:
a. Agreeing, implementing and reporting on ROI of PPC budgets and campaigns, SEO keyword strategy
b. Monitoring website performance and functionality to deliver improvements to customer journey in line with budgets and business objectives
c. Ensuring accuracy of price and product information (live feeds and static) and for timely and accurate uploading of offers and late deals
-Responsible for planning, implementation and monitoring of online and offline advertising campaigns in line with budgets, brand and business objectives.
-Responsible for all direct mail campaigns in particular brochure production including liaising with the contracts and overseas teams for collation and checking of accommodation details, design brief and implementation, co-ordinating information and prices from other departments and mailing/distribution strategies in line with distribution deadlines.
-Responsible for developing business through the e-newsletter campaigns including liaising with sales for promotions and offers, maximising data capture opportunities and analysing and reporting on results.
-Responsible for social media strategy and implementation in order to increase business and brand awareness in line with business objectives.
-Responsible for implementation of CRM strategy including liaising with overseas team for analysis of CSQ results and data.
-Responsible for design, production and distribution of all branded collateral for overseas resorts, for recruitment and for client documentation (including e-comms) in line with corporate guidelines and brand identity
-Liaising with the Sales and Marketing Director responsible for commissioning and co-ordinating photography for website and printed material.
-Assist with the writing/distribution of press releases, for liaison with the company's PR consultant, for the supply of information to the media and for helping to organise press visits and trips.
-Jointly responsible for identifying opportunities for marketing affiliations and joint marketing activity including attendance at trade and consumer exhibitions.
-As part of the crisis management team jointly responsible for managing communications in the event of a crisis.
-Other duties as agreed with the Sales and Marketing Director.
Experience Required
The successful candidate will have in-depth experience in the travel marketing field. With strong customer and commercial focus the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and strategic planning skills, as well as being a seasoned people and project manager.
