Management of the team responsible for establishing and maintaining the commercial relationships with IT services vendors including outsource partners, third party business application suppliers and general suppliers of IT equipment.
Working closely with IT and Business leaders within the organisation to ensure compliance to budget, identification of cost savings and cost avoidance and streamlining delivery of service and projects to establish and improve service levels.
What You'll Be Doing
Relationship and commercial management of strategic suppliers against contract including cost management, compliance with SLAs and ensuring the delivery of value for money services.
Work closely with internal business stakeholders to ensure contracted services are fit for purpose, commercially viable and delivered to expectations.
Ensure compliance with internal TUI policies and procedures relating to the procurement of goods and services through internal processes such as RFS and IMAC.
Ongoing monitoring and management of service level agreements, quality, reporting accuracy, general account management, and invoicing delivered by the vendor against the contract.
Regular liaison with the suppliers to discuss and manage the provision of service within contractually agreed levels and agreeing changes to the model as necessary.
Pro-actively identify new services and utsourcing opportunities, sourcing vendors and negotiating with them to ensure projects deliver their intended value, mitigating risks, and driving innovation.
The commercial enforcement of contractual penalties in line with non conformance / delivery failures against contractual obligations.
Overseeing of all work requests processed against the specific platform to ensure cost effective, efficient and timely provision of changes.
Participate in the quality assurance process for purpose of auditing third-party vendors, identify training shortfalls and ensure that any deficiencies are addressed in a timely manner by the outsourcer.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with established and potential suppliers, in order to encourage / produce continual improvement of service.
Manage communication with, across and between the strategic suppliers
Provide the relationship management activities to ensure the strategic relationship / partnership remains focused and grows in line with the pre agreed expectations.
Proven experience of managing IT Outsourcing and Off-Shoring services and solid working knowledge of the models used to ensure effective and efficient delivery
