Renowned independent travel company require a Online Product Support Consultant to join its vibrant team. The ideal candidate will work along side the Account Management team to understand clients initial online requirements and train consultants in usage of online systems. You shall also project manage all aspects of implementation including supplier and client liaisons and ensure online system updates are managed and processed in a timely manner. The successful candidate must have experience of GDS systems preferably Galileo & Sabre a keen problem solver, who is pro-active with good communication & presentation skills.
