In this newly created position, as a Web Analyst, you will play a pivotal role within the eCommerce team.
With your passion for delving into numbers and producing reports, you will identify areas of the company's websites which could be improved. Making recommendations for improvements, you will enhance any underperforming areas and improve conversion rates.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Strong experience of using web analytics packages, such as Google Analytics - A proven track record in setting up KPIs to monitor and measure website performance - Experience of creating web metrics reports and using performance-related metrics - A strong working knowledge of Excel, including experience of pivot tables and lookups
As a Web Analyst, you must have excellent numeracy skills and a keen attention to detail. IT literate, you should be confident in communicating across all levels.
Although not essential, a degree in mathematics, statistics, informatics or similar would be desirable. Any SQL report writing skills would also be advantageous.
