The successful Travel Team Leader will be rewarded with a basic salary of £17,200.00 with OTE £25,000.00. Working for the UK's leading Independent Travel Company the Travel Team Leader will assist the Travel Reservations Consultant in offering holidays to over 1,500 destinations in over 50 countries.
Within the role of Travel Team Leader you will
-Coach and develop the Reservations Team to maximise performance and ensure high levels of customer service in line with SLA's and KPI's
-Be responsible for the day to day management of the team and act as duty manager
-Work in close partnership with the training team to ensure that team members have the skills required to carry out role effectively
-Build and promote a positive work culture, which promotes the delivery of excellent customer service.
To be successful in the role of Travel Team Leader you will have
-A passion for travel
-The ability to maximise performance through coaching and development
-Experience managing a large team within a call centre environment
-The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
-The ability to analyse data, solve problems and continuously improve the service provided by the department
