Loyalty Travel Planner - London, Do you have expertise in a high end travel environment providing bespoke luxury travel to a discerning client base? This role will involve maintaining relationships with the loyal and higher spending guests and overseeing all aspects of their travel needs.
This luxury Tour Operator is seeking an experienced Travel Planner to join their busy team based in South West London. As a Loyalty Travel Planner the role will include mainly, but not limited to, the following tasks and responsibilities.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for managing key relationships
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Increasing revenue through customer retention and repeat business
- Organising and running marketing campaigns aimed at high end clientele
- Overseeing the booking process with a hands on approach
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Understanding of the luxury travel market
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience in dealing with loyal and high end clients
- Excellent written and telephone communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to build excellent working relationships both with guests and within the team
- Good knowledge of the luxury ski market and family holiday market
