Job Description

An independent specialist travel company offering luxury travel to a vast number of European destinations is seeking a rail reservations consultant to join their friendly team.  The rail reservations consultant will be responsible for planning and organising holidays to a variety of European destinations, handling client queries and enquiries by telephone and email whilst providing excellent customer service.  The rail reservations consultant will have experience in dealing with rail reservations with attention to detail and ability to offer exceptional customer service.  The rail reservations consultant will possess excellent time management and organisational skills and be a good team player.  Experience of using a CRS system is an advantage but is not essential.  The successful candidate will receive excellent benefits including performance related monthly bonuses and educational trips.
