JOB DESCRIPTION:
Telesales Travel Consultant required for this very busy leisure travel company, located in Sheffield.
I am looking for a suitably experienced travel consultant to join this successful travel team, working in this very busy environment.
Key Telesales Travel Consultant duties, for this role, are:
- Take inbound calls from customers wishing to book their holidays from online advertisements and websites.
- Book customers travel needs, offering advice using your previous experience.
- Dynamically package.
- Offer alternatives if chosen holiday not available.
- Up sell and offer holiday extras & ancillaries.
- Work well, independently as well as in this busy team, as a team player.
- Work to targets, with amazing earning potential on a commission only based role.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate should be suitably experienced, possess strong sales & people skills, be self motivated, target driven with excellent sales closing ability and have suitable viewdata experience.
