We are looking for a number of full time, experienced TRAVEL CONSULTANTS for a highly successful, independent travel company based in Newcastle, providing a wide variety of worldwide holidays.
The role of Travel Consultant is to handle inbound calls from customers looking to book holidays and extras including hotels, parking, insurance, upgrades and insurance.
Applicants for this TRAVEL CONSULTANT position should have at least 1 years' experience as a travel consultant selling holidays from the UK to a wide range of international destinations.
In addition to your product knowledge you should also have superb customer service skills, a professional approach and superb telephone manner.
As the operation is open until late you will be expected to work some late evenings per month.
On offer is a salary of £14k plus a bonus of up to £1k per month subject to sales conversion. Overtime is regularly available.
