Superb opportunity for a proven travel professional to join a leading travel company within their out of hours travel team. As a consultant you will work on a rolling shift pattern for 4 days starting at 8pm and finishing at 8am.
This is a varied role and requires someone with strong travel and CRS skills. No call is the same as you will be responsible for booking flights, car hire and travel needs to clients all over the world whilst also servicing card member's leisure needs which might include restaurant and theatre bookings. In some cases you will also deal with issues and so an ability to provide first class customer service.
Key Duties:
-Dealing with client enquiries from all over the world to provide a first class customer service
-Booking leisure and business needs
-Utilising Sabre to book IATA flights and Nett Fares
-Also dealing with last minute travel needs and amendments to trips and fares
-Handling any out of hours emergency issues
- Flight only, hotels, car hire etc
Skills required:
-Proven experience with a CRS
-Excellent travel experience
-Ability to provide first class customer service and work towards KPI's
-Ability to work night shifts from 8pm to 8am on a 4 on 4 off basis.
