SALES MANAGER - This well established Online Tour Operator based in Essex are looking for an expereinced Sales Manager to join their dynamic and fast paced team. They are offering an excellent salary with an OTE of £60K. You will be managing a team of up to 30 and maximizing revenue margins.
Sales Manager responsibilities:
- Operational management and manager of sales staff
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Coach and motivate sales team
- Identify sales opportunities from every call
- Set sales targets for the team
Sales Manager skills:
- Previous experience within the Travel industry is essential
- Previous experience of managing a successful sales team is essential
- Expedience of conducting performance reviews and appraisals
