This leading travel company has years of experience and established as a market leader offering flights, accommodation, car hire, sightseeing tours and insurance within a call centre environment.
The role entails answering calls from customers and selling flights and tailor made worldwide holidays as part of a busy team. The best consultants are able to turn a flight enquiry into a tailor-made package consisting of flight, hotel and car hire.
The more you sell the more commission you will earn - top seller earns £60,000+. This is a sales driven environment and for sales professionals this role offers a unique opportunity to provide first class service with polished sales skills.
They are looking for money hungry sales professionals with a passion to close the sale with demonstrable sales experience. Full training will be provided with real opportunity for £30k plus OTE.
The Role:
- Tailor-make itineraries to worldwide destinations across Australasia, Asia, North, Central and South America and Europe.
- Make reservations across a range of products including accommodation, flight-only, tailor-made holidays and extras
- Meet and exceed personal objectives, including sales, revenue and productivity targets.
Required Skills:
- Have a passion for travel
- Previous sales experience is required - ideally in a Travel Sales or Telesales environment.
- To be responsible for selling an extensive range of travel products form flights to car hire, hotels and insurance
- Confident and friendly telephone manner and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Being well travelled will be preferred.
- Preferable educated to degree level - if no travel industry experience.
- Achieve desk charge on a weekly basis

The Package:
Salary in the first year is £18,000 plus commission OTE £30,000+ (Top sellers earn over £60,000 a year)
Hours of work 9-9 Mon-Fri (rota) Sat-Sun 9-6 (must be available both weekend days to work one day and have a day off during the week)
Holidays: 20 days per year + 5 possible bonus days after 12 months
Training: A comprehensive 4-week assessment-training course, which covers the computer systems and sales techniques. The next training course starts at the end of February 2012.
