What We're Looking For
To contact customers to promote the sale of products and services that are suited to their needs and enhances their holiday experience.
Provide exceptional levels of customer service ensuring the information provided is accurate at all times.
Take responsibility for developing knowledge of our products and services to ensure customers receive the most current information.
Effective use of in-house sales systems to capture all sales made to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
Personally responsible for identifying and raising personal development and training needs to own line manager and works pro-actively to address these.
Shares own skills, knowledge and best practice for the benefit of wider team.
Take personal responsibility for performance in relation to the delivery of productivity, sales and customer service results.
