Group and FIT Reservation Consultant - Responsibilities:
* Reservations for group and FIT hotel bookings.
* Communicate with hotels in a professional, clear and effective manner.
* Negotiate with hotels in order to resolve client complaints
* Negotiate prices and conditions with some hotels
* Load accurate rates and booking details into inhouse system.
Group and FIT Reservation Consultant - Skills Required:
* Previous experience in travel reservations is ESSENTIAL (either for a hotel group, tour operator, travel agent etc)
* Previous groups or FIT experience a huge advantage.
* ESSENTIAL that you're fluent written and spoken in English
* Scandinavian speaker beneficial but not essential.
* A good knowledge of Word and Excel and excellent communication skills.
* Previous experience of Hotel reservations
Additional Information:
* The successful candidate can expect to earn a salary of up to £18,000k and also get fantastic benefits.
* They offer flexi-time; a potential bonus and you'll be working Monday to Friday
* Based in the heart of the City.
