JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Reservations Consultant you will be booking dynamic and package holidays to popular Mediterranean resorts. You will be working towards targets in a call centre environment.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- You should have experience of working towards targets.
- Specialist knowledge of European holiday market
- Previous travel industry or telesales experience
- Sales and Target driven with excellent sales technique supported by evidence of previous performance
- Self motivated, outgoing and persuasive
- Credibility when discussing travel options
- Prepared to work 48 hours per week including weekends
- Be willing to learn as product knowledge is essential
- Computer literate and clearly spoken English is essential.
THE PACKAGE:
* The successful candidate can expect a salary plus excellent commission.
* Uncapped earning potential average OTE 18,000 - £30,000+
