An excellent opportunity has arisen for a well-established, exclusive luxury cruise company part of a well-known travel group who are looking for a telesales cruise consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling cruise products to consumers as tailor making the product by using their excellent communication skills, building rapport, and recommending modifications to products and services which promote customer retention, drive sales, and ensure an overall superior customer service experience with the company. With this role, you must have the ability to work in a team environment, possess strong organisational and communication skills, posses sales experience, deliver a high level of customer service and be target and sales driven. The successful candidate shall be rewarded with an excellent basic salary along with the chance to earn even more money on their fantastic commission ladder, OTE £40K.
