Job Description
Providing high-level administrative & secretarial support involving efficient handling of top & confidential correspondence, management of document flow, screening telephone calls, attending visitors of reporting authority
Managing internal / external requests for appointments & arranging internal and external meetings and conference / video conference calls
Maintain all related records efficiently and effectively
Draft correspondence in accordance with brief given by Reporting Manager
Maintaining the contact data / special events data in the company
Desired Profile
Graduate in any discipline with minimum experience of 5 years
Highly organized and attentive to details, with good follow-up skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong decision making skills and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with employees at all levels, locations, and functions
Demonstrates integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
Location: Gurgaon
