You will have good knowledge of airfares and have previously worked with airline contracts. You will be hard working with good knowledge of worldwide destinations.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Scheduled Flight Operations Executive will work closely with airline contracts and airfares. An example of the daily duties are as follows:
To provide full support to call centre answering queries when required
Work with airline contracts to make sure rules are adhered to
To manage the airline queues
To action refunds where necessary
To make amendments and reservations
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate should have relevant operations/ticketing experience within the travel industry and have previous experience with airline contracts.
