JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Booking a range of worldwide holidays
- Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a helpful and precise manner ascertaining requirements.
- Process on line bookings
- Offer travel solutions based on clients requirements
- Tailor itineraries to meet specific client's requests.
- Adhere to deadlines.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 1 years sales experience within the travel industry. Ideally within a travel agent or tour operator background
- Excellent customer service skills
- Galileo GDS desired, but not essential.
- Good sales techniques and an excellent telephone manner
- Attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Applicants need to be computer literate with good writing/keyboard skills.
