To lead a team of motivated people and create the right environment to deliver outstanding customer service and the required sales and profit performance through the retail network



What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver sales and profit targets against KPIs
  • Execute Sales Plans to maximise sales and profit opportunities in specific market areas eg. Cruise, Essentials, FX
  • Deliver the customer proposition to support TUI UK & I vision and values
  • Deliver the Brand Strategies (First Choice & Thomson) in the retail estate
  • Implement strategic developments into the retail estate
  • Manage the FTE plan and deliver improved productivity and performance
  • Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of all field operations Sales delivery, processes, recruitment, performance management, training and development
  • Effectively lead, manage, improve performance and inspire a team of Regional Sales Managers
  • Manage through RSMs the achievement of all sales & service targets and controllable costs within the retail estate
  • Lead the change to deliver one operational structure to include the harmonisation of operational policies and processes across the two brands.
  • Proactively share knowledge acquired at the sharp end with relevant parts of the business
  • Build relationships across the business to achieve the retail strategy and demonstrate excellent team work
  • Lead and deliver allocated national projects.

  • Extensive Travelling is required for this role therefore all candidates must have a current driving licence
