Job Description

Our Product Department is seeking a Head of Business Development in order to develop and implement the product strategy for Destination Services for Mainstream and independent travel

• Define the overall product strategy for Destination Services and support the destinations in the implementation
• Identify business opportunities and ensure product innovation
• Develop the sales of destination services with inhouse and 3rd party touroperators (offline)
• Implement KPIs and reporting systems by product, customer and region

• Bachelor in Tourism, Business, Economics or LADE.
• An additional training or graduate master will be a plus.
• Minimum of 4 / 5 years in similar position of responsibility, experience in tour operator or incoming agency is a must.
• Native English level (a 2nd language: Spanish, French, German is a plus)
• Availability for international travel.
