Professional holiday-makers required for a fantastic opportunity to work within a vibrant team in the travel and tourism industry.
Leading online travel company, Beat the Brochure, based in Romford, Essex, are looking for several sunshine specialists to join the team. So if you have a passion for travel and a skill for creating holidays to remember, then Beat the Brochure would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Dealing with holiday enquires from incoming calls from customers
* Creating tailor made holidays to European and worldwide destinations
* Communicating with clients in order to provide exceptional customer service
* Assisting the team to meet monthly targets
Skills Required
* Previous experience within the Travel Industry is essential
* Experience creating and selling tailor-made holidays
* Experience working to targets
*Clear and professional telephone manner
* Excellent customer service skills
Additional Information
* Salary Competitive + Incentives
* Hours will be a 5 day working week working 45 hours, Monday to Sunday, including evening and weekends.
* 28 days holidays including bank holidays
