ASSISTANT MANAGER - This leading independent retail travel company is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to cover one of their branch in Cheltenham. This excellent opportunity as a Retail Travel Assistant Manager, offers a basic salary of around £16,000 dependent on experience, plus monthly bonus scheme
Assistant Manager responsibilities:
- Assist to Performance manage a team of travel consultants
- Inspire, motivate and encourage self development
- Achieve all personal and store targets
- Be aware of competitor activity
- Motivated to drive your sales team leading by example
Assistant Manager Skills:
- Have previously worked in a Retail Travel Branch, as a Retail Travel Branch Manager, Travel Sales Manager, Travel Assistant Manager
- Be motivated with a determination to achieve and drive a sales team
- Display a hands on approach, coaching, developing staff on a day-to-day basis
- Be sales motivated and have the ability to exceed sales targets and lead from the front
