Job Description
- Hit and exceed set monthly sales targets relating to Revenue and Profit.
- Provide a very high standard of customer service.
- Encourage a high profile repeat customer base.
- 'Up sell' by encouraging clients to purchase ground arrangements and ancillary services, i.e. Visas, Insurance, Day trips, Car hire.
- Work with the highest level of accuracy and have the ability to multi-task.
- Keep up to date and be commercially aware of the current business climate and competitor activity.
- Pro-actively learn about new products and destinations within the company's destination portfolio.
- Take part in educationals and, on completion, successfully report back to the shops on the experiences and knowledge gained.
Experience Required
The ideal candidate for this role will have tailor made travel experience and enjoy dealing with a wide variety of itineraries. A positive attitude with a competitive drive is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be sales driven and be able to deliver the high standards of customer service required.
Package
The successful candidate will receive a fantastic basis salary up to £19K with the opportunity to earn commission with a great OTE! There are also fantastic company benefits and travel industry perks!!
