Role of Travel Sales Specialist:
Dealing with incoming telephone calls from leisure travellers .
Creating mainly tailor made holidays and with an exceptional level of customer service.
Booking flights and cruises.
Booking a range of ground arrangements.
Dealing with a high volume of calls in a busy environment.
Necessary skills required:
Previous travel sales experience is essential.
Dynamic and highly motivated individuals with a will to succeed and be the best.
A knowledge of Canada/Australia and first hand travel experience is desirable, though not essential as training will be given.
Competent PC skills along with an excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Able to work flexible shifts, including a proportion of weekend days.
