We have a great opening in Chester city centre with a leading travel company specializing in Luxury holidays, worldwide cruising as well as overseas weddings and honeymoons.
Our client is seeking an experienced and innovative retail travel consultant to join their friendly team. You should be able to work 5 days a week between Monday to Saturday, and also be willing to attend product nights to increase product knowledge and local events to network and increase client base.
Role of Travel Consultant:
- Servicing face to face, email and telephone enquiries
- Selling worldwide luxury holidays
- Striving to achieve stretch targets
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure repeat business
- Continuously improving product knowledge
- Attending functions in the Chester area to network and create leads
- Be innovative in finding ways to increase your client base
Necessary skills required:
- Previous retail travel experience
- Experience selling cruise and luxury holidays
- Proven experience working to, and exceeding targets
- Ability to work in high pressure environment
- Amadeus and/or View data advantageous
In return our client is offering a base salary between 15-17k DOE plus bonus commission scheme.
