An award-winning, bespoke travel company situated in a stunning location in the Oxfordshire countryside are looking for exceptional individuals to join their busy travel sales team. In terms of product, this company are really setting the pace at the moment in the UK travel market. They work inside a beautifully converted, 17th century wool mill built right above the river and enjoy 13 acres of surrounding meadowland views. The team have use of an on-site gym with free fitness classes arranged exclusively for them, and a picturesque bbq-garden that's seen many a summer evening party.
You must have a big passion for travel in Latin America and must have extensively explored the continent, especially Peru, Chile, Argentina and Brazil.
Latin America Specialist Travel Consultant Key Responsibilities:
* Designing, costing and selling tailor-made itineraries to Latin America.
* Provide an unparalleled level of customer service to a clientele with high expectations.
* Strive to surpass monthly sales targets.
* Develop a portfolio of repeat clients.
Latin America Specialist Travel Consultant Skills & Experience:
* Excellent knowledge of Latin America, especially Peru, Chile, Argentina and Brazil.
* Must also have travelled extensively and independently to the above countries.
* Previously worked towards sales targets, preferably as a Travel Consultant.
* Must be confident, articulate, enthusiastic and persuasive.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
Latin America Specialist Travel Consultant Additional Information:
* Basic salary of £20,500 plus uncapped commission - OTE 40K 45K.
* 3-4 week familiarisation trip to Latin America in second week of employment.
